SHAMSUL AZHAR SHAMSUDIN

Shamsul Azhar has a vast experience in sales and marketing, particularly in areas of stockbroking, education and industrial laboratories. He’s involvement in educating current lab personnel and prospects in issues pertaining to safety and health leads to his success in this field. This approach was widely used when he was holding a regional Sales Manager position at Erlab Southeast Asia.
His success includes delivering laboratory solutions to significant projects such as Pusat Kecemerlangan Teknologi Nasional (Create) in Melaka, Universiti Teknologi MARA Dengkil, Sabah Ammonia Urea (SAMUR) for PETRONAS Chemicals Berhad in Sipitang, and Klinik Kesihatan Komuniti Kuala Lumpur. The most recent success was the project to refurbish 7 school laboratories. This job required him and his team to newly design a layout of the current lab to suit the national aspiration to embrace science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) approach. At Servco Resources, he was the one managing new laboratory projects in schools, working closely with the then NBOS-PILS team of the Ministry of Education back in 2015 and early 2016.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri at Columbia, USA. He gives lectures on lab safety since 2011.
FAIRUS SAKIMAN
Head of Operations
Fairus has over 15 years of experienced in draughting and mechanical engineering sectors. He began his career at Novalab Industries, where he held various positions from 2001 to June 2003. He has also served in various capacities at Competent Alliance Sdn Bhd and Servco Resources Sdn Bhd prior to his last position as Project Manager in 2016.
Fairus holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Ungku Omar, Ipoh
KHAMARUL BAHARIN ZUBIR

Khamarul Baharin joined ILSB on 2nd January 2020. He graduated with Hons in Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Working knowledges of finance and insurance products, marketing and business processes and also Corporate Governance Audit & Compliance. Expertise in gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements and process flows. Highly motivated self-starter, capable of team and individual work.
He has more than 22 years of experienced and started his career with Airod Sdn Bhd and then Kurnia Insurance Bhd with corporate experienced with MBI Selangor before joining ILSB.
